Educator Specialist I
Caroline completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing from UCLA in 2011. Her career began as a neuro RN at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she gained a passion for teaching after mentoring several new grad RNs. She likes to describe her teaching style as one that is a collaborative, student-centered approach that focuses on the needs of the learners to empower their knowledge. She hopes to make an impact by empowering our nurses to be competent in their skills and to think critically through situations, to keep their patients safe. “Their success is my success!”
In her spare time, she loves to visit her family in LA or try new restaurants with her husband.
