Tuesday, November 8, 2016
Centennial Complex 4th floor
Vendor Show Time: 12:00-2:30 PM
You have been cordially invited to this year’s Basic Science Research Symposium and Vendor Show. Your presence at the 19th annual symposium is highly significant as it will allow the research community at Loma Linda University to interact with providers of scientific equipment and supplies. In addition, it is our hope that some of the latest technological developments that you will exhibit will enhance our research.
The Vendor Show will be open from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. You will be able to set up from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If special accommodations are needed, please let us know. The space we provide for you will include a 24”x 6’ table. Lunch will be provided. The fee for this year’s event is $180.00 per space. Unless we hear otherwise, we will plan for one representative per vendor and will order lunches accordingly. For your convenience you can pay by PayPal at the end of this page.
Parking is provided in Lot X, located on the southeast corner of Stewart and Campus streets. You can enter the building by the “Jetton” sign entrance, turn right to the elevators and take them up to the 4th floor. Once you arrive and check in you will be shown to your table.
We’d like to thank you for your willingness to attend and help make this symposium a success. With the combined IESCC symposium, this year’s event is expected to be the bigger than ever!
