Welcome to to the Basic Sciences Student Council (BSSC)! This committee serves to represent the currently enrolled students pursuing a Masters (MS), a Doctorate (PhD), or the combined Medical and Doctoral (MD/PhD) degrees at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Our goal is to embody a support system for research students and to encourage academic, social and spiritual growth. We follow the mission of Loma Linda University which integrates science with faith and sets Jesus Christ as our example.
