Leading the Workforce of the Future

2025 LLUSM Faculty Development Series

Sessions led by Advisory Board to support Loma Linda University's physician leadership program through the School of Medicine and Faculty Medical Group.

The healthcare workforce is dynamic and always changing. Similarly, leadership challenges have become as dynamic as the workforce. With five generations in the workforce, we require new and adaptive approaches to leadership to be effective. This is not your typical one-and-done workshop. Leadership development is a journey, and this learning pathway explores an inside out approach to leading. Sessions include varying combinations of presentations, case scenarios, individual reflection, group exercises, and simulations – all with tangible and applicable takeaways.  Registration and CE credits listed below as available.
