Thank you for your interest in the Bodies for Science Program at Loma Linda University. Since 1909 the LLU School of Medicine has educated 13,000 physicians, more than any other medical school on the West Coast. Their education – along with the education of dentistry, nursing and allied health students – would not be possible without donors like you. Use this application when a family member is signing on behalf of the donor according to the "order of kinship" as defined by the State of California.

Registration: Power of Attorney for Health Care
Use this application when a power of attorney document has been executed giving a person(s) the specific authority to direct the disposition of remains and to authorize an anatomical gift. A copy of the power of attorney for health care must be submitted with the application paperwork.
