The Azure 300 is a highly versatile flatbed imager that can employ custom imaging options to produce high-resolution images of nucleic acid or protein gels, cultured cells, and slide-mounted samples. This instrument offers multiple wavelengths of illumination including broad band visible, UV, broad band blue, and broad band white light. The Azure 300 is most commonly used to image polyacrylamide or agarose gels tagged with primary and secondary antibodies of choice. Images generated using luminol can also be captured.

LI-COR Odyssey CLx

The LI-COR Odyssey CLx is a dual wavelength infrared fluorescent imager used to detect and measure NIR fluorochrome labeled antibodies in immunoblotting assays. The Odyssey produces digital fluorescent images using infrared laser excitation and specialized optics for photon quantitation. The LI-COR Odyssey CLx can visualize faint and strong bands utilizing two different fluorescent excitation wavelengths (700 nm & 800 nm) with high signal to noise ratios, outstanding sensitivity and little or no image saturation. The Li-COR system includes proprietary software that facilitates efficient calibration and analysis of blotting results.

The Nanodrop One spectrophotometer is a nanoscale spectrophotometer that can measure DNA, RNA and/or protein concentrations and purity in sample volumes of only 1 or 2 µl. The Nanodrop One is also capable of measurements at multiple fluorescent excitation/emission wavelength pairs for dye-based quantitation of nucleic acids. This instrument has an easy-to-use touchscreen interface to navigate between the different features and does not require a desktop tower.
