Initiative for Maximizing Student Development T32 Program at Loma Linda University
Initiative for Maximizing Student Development (IMSD) at Loma Linda University is T32 program funded by the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of General Medical Sciences. Established in 2001 through a R25 mechanism, PhD students accepted into the IMSD program receive tuition stipend and other support during the first three years of enrollment in the Integrated Biomedical Graduate Studies Program in the School of Medicine.
IMSD Program Overview
The IMSD fellows meet regularly and participate in specialized enrichment evidence-based activities to complement and enhance their graduate experience at Loma Linda University.

- Seminars on health disparities and biomedical research topics

- Networking with other program participants, physicians and health professionals
- Support to attend national meetings
